Refunds and Returns Policy for ID Security

At ID Security, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Refund and Return Window
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all packaging and accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software or services that have been used or activated.
  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable software or guides).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products that are opened and used (e.g., access cards, biometric devices).

4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Items that show obvious signs of use.
  • Items that are returned after 30 days but within 60 days of purchase.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges

9. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
